Agreement
These terms apply when you use PartyJunky.com. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.
Event information
Event listings come from third-party sources, such as Ticketmaster. Organizers can change or cancel an event at any time. We update the listings about every hour, but a listing can be out of date. Confirm the date, time, venue and price with the ticket seller before you buy or travel.
Tickets
PartyJunky does not sell tickets. Ticket links go to the seller named on each event. You buy the ticket from that seller, and the seller's terms, fees and refund policy apply. Questions about an order go to the seller.
Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links. PartyJunky may earn a commission when you buy through them. Commission never changes a ranking. See our commission policy and the privacy policy.
Our content
The site design, guides, rankings and descriptions belong to PartyJunky. You may link to any page and quote short parts with a link back. Do not copy the site in bulk. The machine-readable feeds listed in the footer are for personal use and for search and AI services that link back to PartyJunky.
Trademarks
Names and logos of artists, venues and ticket sellers belong to their owners. We use them only to identify events. Their use does not mean that the owner endorses PartyJunky.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
- Do not try to disrupt the site or get access to systems that are not public.
- Do not send automated requests at a rate that slows the site for other visitors.
Corrections and removal
To correct or remove a listing, email info@partyjunky.com with the link and the change. We act on requests within 24 hours.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the site is free of errors or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, PartyJunky is not liable for losses that come from your use of the site, from a change to an event, or from a purchase from a ticket seller.
Changes
We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change.
Law
The laws of the State of California, USA, apply to these terms.
